History: The inspiration for this structure kit came from a similar prototype structure at the Ruben Martinez Villena sugar mill near Havana

. It is often referred to as “The Leaning Tower of Villena” by the locals and “The Missle Tank” by tourists. If you search the internet for the terms “Ruben Martinez Villena”, you should find a few photos.

This kit includes: 1 Cast resin base, 1 Styrene tank cylinder, 2 Tank roof castings (you have the choice of either a 30 degree roof or a 15 degree roof), 1 Set of 4 inch pipes / flanges, 1 Set of 6 inch pipes / valves / flanges, drawings, templates and small parts to complete the tank. Enough material and parts are included to build this kit in one of several variations and the loco spout swivels! Scenery, figure, foam scenery base, paint, glue, locomotive, track, adobe station and ladder are not included.

1-OB OPTIONAL BASE FOR ARROYO VERDE WATER TANK (Shown mounted underneath standard base).

Due to numerous requests we have developed an add-on base extension that raises the water tank an additional 1 inch in height thereby allowing use of the water tower with larger locomotives. It has four rows of cut stone and each is 1/4 inch high. You can sand off rows to get a scale 1, 2 or 3 foot height extension (if desired).

The cost of this add-on piece is $4.00 and shipping is an additional $3.00 (1st class domestic mail) or $5.20 (priority domestic mail) . If the optional base is shipped with the purchase of an Arroyo Verde Water Tank (Kit O-1), it can be included in the Water Tank box for no additional shipping cost.

History: This structure is a freelanced design. The structure can be used for many functions including but not limited to: a tool shed, an equipment shed, a blasting powder storage building or a farm out building.

This kit includes: 1 Cast resin base, 1 Cast resin building, 1 packet of TOM SODDERS famous O scale corrugated aluminum roofing material (twice as much as you will need actually...), a packet of stripwood (requires some cutting prior to assembly), a brown straw for the smoke stack / vent, some assorted optional styrene pipe components and the instructions and drawings. Footprint of model is 2 x 3 inches. This kit is engineered for EASY assembly and is a great project for the first time modeler.

PART NUMBER LP-01: DRAWBAR AND RECEIVER SET. Designed for use with O / On2 / On3 and On30 locomotives. Consists of parts for 2 receivers and 9 drawbars. The receivers may be assembled with solder or ACC (super glue). After the parts for the receivers and drawbars are removed from the Fret, the Fret frame can be cut and trimmed to provide either 2 short or 2 long "Rooster" style of drawbars. PART NUMBER LP-02: "DOGBONE" DRAWBAR SET. This product consists of 12 etched brass drawbars. There are 2 each of the following lengths: .825 / .750 / .675 / .600 /.525 / .450 . These drawbars can be used as direct replacements for the couplers on your Bachmann Porters, Shays, Gas Mechanicals, and Climax locomotives. Simply unscrew the coupler screws on your locomotive and use the same screw to attach the replacement drawbar. Works very well with the available Link and Pin systems or can also be used independently to dress up the front (or rear) of your locomotives. After the 12 drawbars are removed from the Fret, the Fret frame can be cut and trimmed to provide either 2 short or 2 long "Rooster" style of drawbars.
